R800 / R1800 / R1900 Inkset -
The New Epson Stylus Photo R1900 has changed the UltraChrome ink set configuration from its predecessor the
R1800 by replacing the blue with Orange ink. This new Orange
color in addition to some formula changes has tweaked the color gamut for an even more fantastic color print.
The Epson Stylus Photo R800-R1800-R1900 use a unique UltraChrome 8 ink set containing Red, Photo Black, Matte Black, Cyan,
Magenta, Yellow inks as well as a Gloss Optimizer. The R800/R1800 have an additional Blue ink, and the R1900 has
an additional Orange ink. These printers produces fabulous glossy color photo prints.
We now offer R800, R1800 and R1900 Archival Pigment inksets in 2 oz, 4 oz, pint, and gallon quantities.
Note: The MIS R800, R1800 and R1900 inks make wonderful looking glossy prints, The reflectivity
of the gloss coat is not quite as great as the Epson original R800/R1800 or R1900 inks. However, the MIS inks
have much lower metamerism and less bronzing than the Epson inks.
