Customer Service
There are several components of Customer Service, the most important one that goes without saying is
attitude. We will bend over backwards to help you in any way we can.
We have a
Helpdesk System. It has a built in Support Request System and several
other integrated features, like the Download Library.
We encourage you to explore it and use it. It is key to our continued quest for better customer service.
We also have custom shopping cart software that retains your order history. You can manage your own account information
and view all of your on-line orders from the past. You can reorder from the order history screens and set automatic
re-order reminders. To access your order history, click on the My Account
button at the botom of the page.
To help you find what you need, we have a Personal Shopper Service. When needed, one of our
staff members will assist you in selecting the best products to fit your printing application. It saves time
and frustation for those that are not exactly sure of which MIS products to order. Shopping Assistance is free.

For a faster response to your questions please use our Helpdesk...
- Before submitting a Support Request, search the
Knowledge Base for answers to your questions.
- Please provide your name, email address, subject and message
- Select the department best suited to answer your request.
- Include your order number or invoice number in the message area, if you have them.
- If it is an emergency, tell us what the deadline is and mark the request as high or urgent priority.
To improve our response, we must be able to read and answer your questions
rapidly. Keep it short and to the point.
Thank you for understanding. We are not a giant corporation with unlimited resources.
The number of phone calls we can take during the day is quite limited, but
if you need an immediate answer, please request a time when you can call so we will be available to talk with you. We
are here from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. We don't work on the
weekends, and we are usually shut down during lunch time, 11:30 am to 1 pm, Eastern time.

Know Your Rights
The manufacturer of the printer you are using cannot void the warranty on your printer because
you use a cartridge or refill kit manufactured by someone other than the printer manufacturer.
This prohibition includes the use of compatible, aftermarket, 3rd party, and refurbished cartridges.
